The EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement (TCA) agreed between the EU and the UK contains extensive provisions on judicial and law enforcement co-operation in relation to criminal matters, but is silent on civil judicial co-operation, leaving open questions regarding the immediate implications for cross-border dispute resolution once the Brexit transition period ends.
