Alex and Andrew have published an article with New Law Journal which addresses (i) the basis for establishing jurisdiction in England and Wales under CPR Pt 6 following the end of the Brexit transition period, (ii) the rules to determine the applicable law to commercial disputes, (iii) the enforcement of foreign judgments at common law and under CPR Pt 74, and (iv) an overview on the possibilities for the future.
