On Sunday 27 October 2019, in Doha, this seminar will address issues such as the enforcement of arbitral awards in Qatar, interim remedies, different approaches between civil and common law arbitrators and the new Prague Rules.
Paul Lowenstein QC will be joining an esteemed panel to speak on “Enforcement of Arbitral Awards – using the English Court to secure assets for international enforcement”. Paul frequently advises overseas lawyers on issues arising in domestic and international litigation and arbitration. He regularly gives expert evidence on issues of English law and procedure arising in foreign proceedings.
