The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators will be holding a Virtual Congress conference on Wednesday 11 November 2020.
The conference brings together a range of workshops on prominent topics in arbitration.
Mahnaz Malik will be speaking on the panel “Diversity in ADR: Beyond the missions statement” featuring Caroline Croft, Ania Farren, Nasir Khan MBE FCIArb and Lewis Johnston ACIArb (Chair).
Mahnaz practices as a barrister and serves as an arbitrator, specialising in complex international disputes involving investors and States, from one of world’s leading barristers’ chambers, Twenty Essex in London. Her appointment by The World Bank on the ICSID Annulment Committee makes her one of the youngest ever appointed to an ICSID Annulment Committee since records began and the youngest woman. She was awarded the Financial Times Legal Innovator of the Year.
