'Enforcing Arbitral Awards in India' Nakul Dewan Chief Editor

Nakul Dewan, is the Chief-Editor and contributor of a the book 'Enforcing Arbitral Awards in India', which is being released on Friday, 5 May 2017.  

The book is a commentary on the execution and enforcement of arbitral awards in India, for both domestic and foreign seated arbitrations. Chapters have also been contributed by authors based in India and outside India.

The Hon'ble Mr. Justice R.F. Nariman (a Judge of the Supreme Court of India) has written the Foreword for the book and will be releasing it along with Hon’ble Dr. Justice D.Y. Chandrachud (a Judge of the Supreme Court of India). The book has been pre-reviewed by, amongst others, Hon’ble Mr. Justice A.M. Ahmadi (Former Chief Justice of India), Mr. Justice Chan Sek Keong (Former Chief Justice of Singapore), Sir Bernard Rix QC (Former Lord of Appeal, England & Wales) and Mr. Michael Hwang SC (Chief Justice of the Dubai International Financial Centre Court).
