As widely reported in the press, a series of judgments from the High Court and the Court of Appeal were published today in the proceedings between His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Her Royal Highness Princess Haya bint Al Hussein concerning their two children.
Her Royal Highness Princess Haya bint Al Hussein was represented by Baroness Shackleton of Belgravia LVO, Ben Parry-Smith, Nick Manners, Katie Parkes, Luke Scarratt and Oliver Goode of Payne Hicks Beach, with Dominic Crossley and Andrew Willan, also of Payne Hicks Beach, for privacy and media law issues.
