Sir Peter’s impressive record on the Bench followed a terrific career at the Bar. In both his previous careers he stood out for his combination of intellectual excellence and efficiency in case management suffused with a firm but benign and user-friendly approach. This range of qualities will stand him in excellent stead as he embarks on his new career as a full-time arbitrator and mediator. Twenty Essex is privileged that he will be bringing his strengths to bear in Chambers again. He will significantly enhance the excellent arbitration practice at Twenty Essex”.
