The LSLC and Twenty Essex are hosting a webinar on “Practical & legal issues in shipbuilding – the SAJ Form”.

The talk will focus on the ‘prevention principle’, extensions to the delivery date for modifications and for non-payment of instalments in light of the recent decision of Jiangsu Guoxin Corporation Ltd (formerly known as Sainty Marine Corporation Ltd) v Precious Shipping Public Co. Ltd [2020] EWHC 1030 (Comm).
