Monica Feria-Tinta has been appointed to the FDI Moot College of Arbitrators and Judges to be judging the forthcoming Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot Finals, taking place this year in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
FDI Moot is an international moot court competition focusing on investor-State disputes and attracting participants from Law Faculties all over the world.
The FDI Moot College of Arbitrators and Judges comprises established practitioners, experts in the fields of international arbitration, investment regulation, construction law and international economic law, who are appointed for each year's Competition. Monica will be sitting as arbitrator in this year’s Moot alongside Guido S. Tawil, Ignacio Suárez Anzorena (Clifford Chance) and Sophie Lamb (Latham & Watkins), amongst others.
