Probationary tenancy (third six) vacancy

Twenty Essex is inviting applications for one probationary tenancy of up to six months commencing in mid-September 2024 for a candidate who has completed a pupillage with a focus on insolvency and company law and has an interest in practising in those fields.

The probationary tenancy is funded at £5,000 per month with the pupil retaining all earnings in the period.

Applications will be treated in confidence and should include:

  • A CV setting out your academic history and what you did during your pupillage
  • A very short covering letter (no more than one page) explaining why you would like a probationary tenancy with Twenty Essex
  • References from at least two of your pupil supervisors.
  • Completion of a RARE equality and diversity monitoring form (which will be provided on receipt of your application).


Deadline: By 13:00 on Thursday 18 July 2024

Interviews for shortlisted candidates will be arranged, if possible, during the morning of Friday 19 July. Candidates will be provided with a short problem question to work on before the interview.
