Sir Peter Gross has been appointed by the Lord Chancellor to chair the Independent Human Rights Act Review (IHRAR) examining whether the Human Rights Act 1998 is working effectively. The IHRAR report is anticipated in the summer of 2021.
Sir Peter continues to accept appointments as arbitrator during this period and to honour all existing commitments.
