We are pleased to sponsor the anniversary “The Arbitration Act 1996 at 25″ conference on Monday 31 January.
The Arbitration Act 1996 came into force on 31 January 1997. Exactly 25 years later, this event will celebrate its success and consider what the future may hold for the Act.
The anniversary event will include an afternoon of presentations offering differing perspectives, past and present and the debate “This House believes that the Arbitration Act 1996 remains best in class”. The debate will be moderated by Toby Landau QC and features Duncan Matthews QC, Louis Flannery QC (Mishcon de Reya), Paula Hodges (Herbert Smith Freehills) and Karyl Nairn QC (Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom).
