Sir Daniel Bethlehem QC delivered the Charles N Brower lecture at the annual American Society of International Law meeting this year.
The 2020 virtual event took place between the Thursday 25 June – Friday 26 June and featured several keynote speakers coming together under the theme of “The Promise of International Law”.
The Charles N Brower lecture, titled “The Greening of International Dispute Settlement? Stepping Back a Little”, explored the current turning point of International Dispute Settlement (IDS).
